Each JASMINA piece is prepared with the utmost care before it leaves our hands.

Within Thailand — Complimentary delivery is offered on all orders.

International Orders — We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the order.

 

DUTIES & TAXES 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs policies vary by country, JASMINA is unable to estimate or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience customs-related delays, which are outside of JASMINA’s control.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every JASMINA creation is handcrafted to order, requiring hundreds of hours of skilled artisanship. As such, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
